We had been let down 3 times by Airbnb and found this college. Great value even for New Year and good location with NYSE’s and trains short ride into the city. Newtown is great with a variety of good restaurants, cafes and bars. Would recommend
Surprisingly impressed with accomadation, it would have been nice to have aircon in the room as it got rather stuffy. The blinds on the window didn’t block out enough light. The breakfast was fine for what we paid for but an additional option of maybe eggs or baked beans would be a nice option. Overall the experience was great for the price paid and would definitely recommend for friends and family as an alternative option for accomadation in Sydney.
We had a lovely stay. There were lots of students staying and they were all very polite and helpful. The only drawback was a lack of Aircon but it was such good value. The area is brilliant for transport and eating places. Great location.
Good value for money but basic, as would be expected. No fans are available as students apparently bring their own - worth noting if you are visiting in the summer!
When I stayed in front room on second floor outside temperature was mild. I can imagine the room could get warm in hot weather. Can hear traffic in front room but was not a problem for me. Otherwise was quiet. TV room a bonus. Friendly people when I saw them. Brilliant location. Nice walk to Redfern station,
Had a great stay reminded us of our university time room was basic but big and clean shared bathrooms with laundry facilities (washing/drying each 2) safe and lively neighbourhood with heaps of bars and restaurants train station is a 10 min walk. Perfect for our stay over NYE!
Great stay at St Andrew's College. Reception friendly and helpful Room.clean and comfortable, and a good size WiFi fast Location convenient for Newtown and trains to Sydney. Fantastic opportunity to support the university,
